Sleepyhead – Dante’s Favorite New Thing

So I have been receiving a ton of questions on facebook and twitter lately about what this “Sleepyhead” stuff is I keep referring to.
If you google it the first thing that comes up is one of my favorite songs, by the same name. What I’m talking about however is revolutionary. If you think I’m exaggerating I’m not.
Let me tell you a little story.
I tweet a lot. Not just random stuff nobody wants to read, but I ask for recommendations and advice a lot because the people that follow me really know what they’re talking about. One night after feeling like crap for a few days in a row I tweeted asking for help on falling asleep and getting a quality good nights sleep. Best decision I made in a long time.
A buddy from college saw the tweet and immediately texted me. He said- “You HAVE to try Sleepyhead.” He told me it was available at the 7-11 right down the block from my house. The guy knew about my troubles with getting a decent nights sleep. I work as a DJ in chicago and around the country and between slamming shots all night and working until 4:30 am wednesday through saturday every week my sleep schedule is a nightmare. I find myself trying to fall asleep on Sundays and Mondays before midnight and end up staring at the ceiling for 2 or 3 hours in frustration…
After he told me about Sleepyhead I did a quick search online. I read a cool Timeout Chicago article that said how these two local Chicago guys came up with the idea, researched it, and invented it which sounded even more cool. I was pumped to find out that it was a local Chicago business and even more happy to find that it was an all natural product. It sounded too good to be true but I walked down to 7-11 and bought one anyways.
I found about 3 cans left in the case it was in right next to the poisonous 5 Hour Energy cans. Kind of made me weary.
That night I tried it I was both giddy and skeptical. I drank it around 10:30 pm and found myself almost immediately fighting to keep my eyes open. What the hell was this stuff? Before I knew it I was out cold before 11. I awoke the next morning at 8:30 am and couldn’t remember feeling better. I slept like a rock, not waking up once during the night and actually remembered having dreams for the first time in a long time. I am now a customer for life. I have been preaching about Sleepyhead by word of mouth to people in my industry that suffer from the same problems as well as friends and family of mine that just cant seem to get a good nights sleep when they need it most. I don’t abuse the product at all. Instead I have stuck to drinking it usually on Sunday and Monday nights and find that it recharges my batteries for the week ahead. It never causes you to wake up groggy or in a daze like Nyquil does, and it is made with all-natural ingredients and supplements so its not like you’re downing a can of chemicals to make you zonk out.
All I have to say is if you have the slightest problem trying to fall asleep or are in need of a guaranteed, quality night (or day) of REM sleep, then don’t hesitate to try this stuff. Sleepyhead sells itself. If you don’t want to cough up the measly $2.50 it sells for hit me up. I have cases of the stuff at home now and will gladly hook you up with a can or two.
It sells out now almost immediately in all the 7-11 locations it is located but you can order it online at www.drinksleepyhead.com/. If you are outside the Chicago-land area good news, they just inked a major distribution deal so they will be available soon nationwide!
